I need some ideas on the scheduled interview session by Toyota near Kitchener. It appears to me that it is a mass test (elimination round). I don't have any idea of the nature of test or the subjects for the position "Production Team Member". I am a mechanical engineer.
Anyone who is working with Toyota or has worked with toyota or has a knowledge about this preliminary round please give ideas about the test. If it steers me to the right area to learn and get ready, it would be a great help.
I have a week's time.
Thanks,
Yathi
Hi there,
This job posting seems to be for Production line workers..Being a mechanical engineer this would not fit you ..it is a line side assembly routine job for 10 hrs and perhaps you will get disappointed or frustrated to be working like that with a engineering degree.
If you really want a mechanical job try for one..I recently saw requirement for Engineers at GM Oshowa plant and also a CAMI (Suzuki - GM Joint venture) in London...Type in Manufacturing engineer in Monster.ca and apply for those jobs.
Good luck and best wishes
The positions were for assembly line workers. They were accepting only applications only through their website (no fax or email, etc.).
