Akshay Kumar is a PR and owns a condo in downtown Toroto. Not sure how he is maintaining his PR status though.
Deepa Mehta immigrated to Canada many years back and is a Canadian citizen.
Never heard of Kader Khan, John Abraham getting their PR, though it could be true. John is a MBA(read MMS) from Bombau Univ and passed out in '97 so its possible that he could have qualified under the points system.
