According to Yousaf, immigrants come to a place like Canada because they do not like the "system" where they are. But some come here and whine about the "system" here too. And he tells them to either shut up or go back.
Therein lies the assumption. The assumption is that there are only two types of "systems" in the world. The "system" the immigrant left and the Canadian "system". I think everybody has the right to an opinion about the Canadian "system". And they are obviously the experts on the "system" they abandoned.
I tend to give options that they might like to try. For example, the North Korean "system" or the South African "system" etc. I am sure there is a right "system" out there for them. 
You know what I mean? Go! Explore! And be happy!
