At present iam in U.S i was asked to pay my landing fees to canada my medical test has been approved and the interview was waived.After this how long will it take to get the Visa. After getting visa is it o.k to visit india and then go to canada.
Which is the best season to start over in canada as i heard it is very cold there..

Well it is upto you from what country you want to land here. If you have relatives in India and want to meet them I would suggest you to come via India as after landing in Canada it woould be bit hard ( Financially) to visit India sooner.

Today it is -30C in Toronto.... :-) Anytime after April is good for first landing.
