same here. Since I will be filing for the first time it has to be paper based. Can anyone recommend someone in donwtonw area who can help in this matter.

Typically if you go to any outside professional set up they would charge around $70 + per head. They would give you a good support if your filing is really complicated.
You could do it at the Tax Booth at Walmart, there it would be much cheaper. You will not get any additional support for complications.
Many times the same people who file returns at Walmart, have the same software at home and they do it for $25 - $35 per head. No support, only entry of data into a standard software form, print out of the same and you should stamp it and mail it.

"When we were young kids growing up in America, we were told to eat our
vegetables at dinner and not leave them. Mothers said, 'think of the
starving children in India and finish the dinner.' And now I tell my
children: 'Finish your maths homework. Think of the children in India
who would make you starve, if you don't.'"

I think you should file manually the first time and hand it over to the IT office near the intersection of Brittania and Hurantario in the basement and obtain a received stamp with date in your copy.
