Hi Guys,
I am a Electronics graduate and am working as a Service Engineer in the healthcare industry. (I service Clinical and Laboratory equipments for those who are familiar with this field.) My question's to all those who are familiar in this field are...
1) What is the scope for my profession in Canada ... Toronto especially
2) Do i have to certify my profession in Canada before I can start off with a job?
3) Would it be easy for me to get a job in a similar field / industry?
4) Would my MCSE and CCNA certification help me to get a job in Canada as soon as i land.
Thanks Guys....

DIE HARD !
MCSE and CCNA certification should help you get PC onsite tech support job or a tech support helpdesk job to troubleshoot pc based solutions and tcpip comm using cisco routers.
Depends how you'll overcome the hurdle called "canadian experience". Pls read the comments of some of our experts who have advised how to get can exp and show it on your resume.
Your indian degrees are not worth here. You have to requalify.
You need to be extremely lucky to get a job in your field at first shot.
Pls come here mentally prepared to do ANY job. Physically too, if you are not a muscle man, pls work out.
Oops. I am a bit disheartened to hear the negatised replies. I guess most of us hope for the best and prepare for the worst, while we leave for Canada. So lets all be hopeful. I have already started to think as Immigration to Canada would be worth all this effort. Any comments ??
Any Electronic Engineers or Biomedical Engineers here on this forum who would be able to give me a feedback as to my question posted here.???
