hi,
Regular B.Ed is a must for entering teaching profession in canada. If you have done B.Ed in india though regular college(Not Distance Education),then you can submit your credentials to OCT. With in a year you will get a Certificate /license that allows you to be qualified to teach in schools.
But when you apply for jobs preference is given to those who have done their B.Ed in Canada. It is one year course .
ECE is a two year diploma that allows you teach preschool children. The salary range is not all that good.12-14 CAD after studying for two years.
ECA is a one year diploma. It qualifies you to work as assistants in daycare.

In general entering in to teaching profession is not that easy and the job is also not easy in Canada.Ofcource your luck also plays a vital role.
There are some Co-op programmes that give a ECA certificate(not diploma)- 3months in class and 2months in field. This can give some experience that you need.

Best of luck
