Could someone please throw some light on the following w.r.t. voluntary services.
In the event I approach a company offering my services remuneration-free basis for canadian exposure, then:
a) what are the chances that I might be accepted by a company on the above work-terms?
b) Is there an alternative way of doing this?*
*Sufficient prior canadian experience being the sole objective, whilst I confidently get on board a full time salaried employment.
c) subject to response a, what are the chances of confirming employment with the same organization?
FYI - I am in the HR line.

I doubt that a For-profit organization will let you work for free.

Your best bet is to offer your services to organizations that need active volunteer support. You can go to following website and browse through a list of such organizations canada-wide.

Choose your pick and offer them your services , by providing full information about your background, I am sure you will get an opportunity pretty fast.
