Initially, you must clear three exams (known as Phase 1, 2 & 3-Res/Comm). After clearing required examination, you must complete three articiling courses within 2 years of termporary licensing and must work for a brokerage of your choice during these two years.
For more information contact any real estate brokerage and they will guide you completely....as you could be their "bread & butter" in the future.

Hi!
Yesterday night when i checked my voice mail in my home telephone, there was a voice mail from a real estate agent who said " i am <name> and i work for <xhome realty>.Some one is selling a house in your street because he is moving. I was wondering if you are interested in buying that house. if so call me at <number>.
Is this kind of cold calling allowed it Ontario?

I am not aware of any law against cold calling in Ontario or Canada for that matter.
You can add your name to CMA's do not call list but not every telemarketing company subscribes to CMA's do not call list.
