Hi Ashwini,
i truly appreciate your attitude.people like you make the world a better place.
My husband and I(Indians) live in Dubai. We are in process of deciding wether or not to immigrate to Canada. My husband is a civil engineer working for a canadian consulting company.I am a graduate in computer applications with no work experiance.

1 What is the scope for civil engineers(construction of buildings)in canada?
2. Is work experiance in a canadian company an added advantage to get jobs in canada.
3. Which part of Cananda is having a construction boom right now.

4. Do you really feel that you made that right choice by migrating to canada? Are the sacrifices worth it?

will you please answer my queries. i would greatly appreciate other people's input as well.

Pls think twice

We two came from Dubai.

1) No scope for Civil engineers(He has to go through the system)
2)No, they need local exp
3)no part
4) I dont know

My advise

If you are ready to do every thing like a Labour Jobs to start the life.Then Canada is for you

Hi,
i am also a civil engineer came from dubai in june 2005 and now planning to go back to dubai in nov 29. there are scope for any profession but nothing attractive like dubai. and is not easy to get job here if you need more info pls contact
