Why not CAIPS note at this stage ? I have already made request for one. Just want to know whether they received medical file or not. Is the request for CAIPS note going to creat any problem ? If yes then how can I cancel the request. It's 3 weeks now since request made.

Just now, I have also got an e-mail from Buffalo that they have sent me passport request letter.

Please let me know.

Hello all,

My brother has filed for PR in 2001 June. He just got the interview at Delhi at the end of this year.

My questions is what they will ask my brother and what he has to prepare for this. They already sent letter with all the informations and documents to bring with him at New Delhi. But he did not gave English exam Does it make a problem form him. Any suggestion and guidelinefor him.

Can u pls tell me how u applied from Paris? Did u send ur application to Paris and are the interviews waived in these scenario? Also for stamping would u have to go there personally? Can this be done without a lawyer?

Hi All,

My cousin applied for an immigration in Dec,03 from New Delhi under skilled category. Its almost 35 months now.
He hasn't recieved anything regarding medical etc. till now.
Is there anyone on this forum who have similar case and have recieved some letter from consulate?
Do anyone have any idea about the timelines and when should we expect a letter from consulate.
