As we know that TN visa is renewable in one year increments for indefinite period. Is there some one who has or knows somebody who has been denied TN after 3-4 or frequent renewals. As the longer you are on TN visa, the more suspicious the officer might become that you are planning to have a permanent intent in USA. If we apply by mail to renew TN, are there better chances to renew it every year than going to border?

Thanks

-- This is possible. That's why it is better and hassle free to renew your TN by mail.

Asking for a resume to draft your own duties is not a good idea..

If one gets a TN Visa under his current employer and then joins a different employer.

Can he do that with his current TN Visa? Or does he need to get a new TN Visa to start working with the new employer.

Thanks.

TN Visa is employer specific visa . If you change your employer you need new visa.
