difference between undergraduate and post graduate

I want to know the difference between undergraduate and postgraduate degree.

Can anyone clearly explain the difference between undergraduate and post graduate degree?

Can a student who has not completed college and has just done Highschool take admission in University?

I'll wait for any reply,

High school =10 yrs.
College = 2 yrs.

TOTAL = 12 yrs.

High School = 12 Yrs.

TOTAL = 12 yrs.

For admission to underGrad. University you must have completed
TOTAL = 12 yrs. of education school or college.

To get into postGrad. you must first complete underGrad.

So if you 16yrs. of education you can go to post graduate studies.

Hope this explains the difference.
