I am sorry to hear that you have this notion. Your seniors are quite wrong.. The degrees from Ontario, Quebec and BC universities are very well recognized all over the world... Getting jobs and getting degrees recognized are two different things !

I had just expressed my opinion. Being from IIT chennai, i have seen and heard about education all around the world and canadian universities are the worst staffed/equiped/funded when compared with the developed and industrialised nations.
This is my view. people can agree or disagree with it
