being a gujarati, my favorite series was from chitralekha.."duniya ne undha chashmaa.." by Tarak Mehta, such a fine humour..can not forget for lifetime..also, on TV Wagle ki Duniya.., Maalgudi days, (Railway) Yatra (?), Queeze time (Sumsmit Sen), would love to live to those days back....any gujju there?

I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.
I used to be a BIG fan of Superman DC comics. I still am, but they don't make them like they used to in the '80s anymore. And Tintin, Asterix.. and Archie, Jughead
OK, sorry, since the topic is Indian comics, it has to be Amar Chitra Katha - they used to do a series on the Mahabharath in the late 80's, I think - this was before B.R Chopra's Mahabharath on TV. Those were classics. Would love to have the collection!
How can you miss the transition of Indian comics from classics to the trash i.e Naagraj, Super Commandoi Dhruv, Dogaa etc. etc.
How about "Raman"? It was the Indian version of Office Space
