I recollect you have more networking certifications on the software side. So here you can come & plan to do some certification on the hardware side.

Do you have A++ certification? CCNA is also more recognized.

Thanks.

To add onto mercury6's time honoured proverb- my dad upto now says (translated, since my Hindi isn't all that hot)

"If you don't eat Delhi's ladoo you'll regret it, if you eat it also you'll regret it, so why not eat it and regret it."

It may be perhaps off the mark for I do not wish to suggest that you'll come to Canada and regret it but why not give it the old college try.You never know you might end up being "Virgin's" (what with all the talk of virgins on another thread)- Richard Branson's company- next Canadian CEO.

Why are you so keen on doing studies here at this time? Is that the purpose of your immigration? I say this because most ususally do further studies only when they do not get the type of jobs that they want/expect.

It is an option that is exercised to improve their existence. If you come here and are successful in getting a reasonably good job, will you still be interested in doing further studies?

As regards courses etc., 2 years of full time studies can get you a grad degree from a university. What exactly do you want to achieve and what precisely are you looking for?

Well i am coming there on/before 14 Nov thats for sure, even if i start my life there deliviring pizzas is fine with me.

Regarding education, well after working for 6 years i think i should take a break for a 2 years.

So what kind of courses do you suggest for a BE with 6 yrs exp in a american MNC and working as a project manager.

does MBA in Information Systems count as far as jobs are conerned. Any other recommended courses (not certifications) for IT people like me.

Thanks,
chetan

If you are really into educating yourself further, and have the grit, I would suggest that you do an MBA from the Richard Ivey or Schulich schools of business.

They are top notch business schools in the world comparable to Harvard and Yale. But Finance is what you will get to do.

Get an MBA from there and then get set to fly and conquer the world.
