For immigrants, some employment centres offer free or almost negligible fees such courses too. Not sure, if those are helpful in any way though.

Their are so many academic faculties in Universities of Canada that sometimes a student becomes double minded when chosing a perticular field. I recently visited a site http://www.utoronto.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK (site of University of Toronto) and http://www.yorku.ca(site" rel="nofollow">LINK of University of York) where I was pretty impressed with the different research centers and faculties they have in their Universities.
I have actually done O-levels and I am going to take Cambridge A-level Physics and Maths exam , after that I am planning to apply in University of Toronto , so I wanted to know that which degree program should I chose?
I am interested in the field of IT(Information Technology),Astronomy and also in the field of Science and Theology. So I am stuck in the middle, and I would appreciate if anyone helps me out.

Wow...your fields are pretty varied. You sound confused.
Are you planning to find a job after completing a degree course? I ask because I don't think you'll see too many job postings for astronomers.
