should i take up a 67k job(assistant professor job in mcmaster university @ hamilton) ... how good is the money that i will be making as compared to others in hamilton ... the salary is scheduled to increase to 100k in about 10 years time when i will become a full professor..
my wife is a fulltime housewife and she wont work .. is the money good enough for a family of four? (considering that i want to visit india once a year with my family..)
cmmon guys at least tell me if i posted it in the wrong thread...any help would be greatly appreciated..

A good salary to start with. Most of the persons do,nt get such salary ( 67 K).Should not be a problem for you. However, if you go every year to India , you can easily deduct a figure of 10k from your take home salary.
