Hello,
I would need to buy 5 major appliances Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Coking Range & Washer Dryer combo.

Also looking for sleeping mattresses incl box spring set.

I did see scratchanddent.ca which offers good prices.

Is there any outlet mall in Toronto / Mississauga which is simiar to scratchanddent.ca where I could buy the above?

If you intend to be frugal with your purchases, you could try a retailer like Futureshop for some of the lesser known brands (esp Roper and Haier), they seem to have some pretty good prices on 'packages'.

If you must have a better known brand name and don't mind the 'scratch and dent' variety, you could also check out the Sears outlet store at the Dixie outlet mall (however, scratch and dents almost invariably look quite pathetic).

My 2 cents!

Also try Bay Clearance Store at Brampton. Sometimes they have good deals.

And there is one huge store, I believe it is called Appliance Store or National Appliances. It is in Concord and these guys supply to builders.

There is an administrative charge that they levy though.
