Hello everyone

I need you help with my confusion here.. See when i submitted my papers at the embassy i got three things back with my passport
1) A letter stating that i have to get my medicals done
2) A document saying about the medical tests and the addresses of the doctors
3) A medical form which was supposed to be given to the doctor for his submission

After taking these documents from the embassy i didnot submit any thing else.. The medical reports are supposed to be send by the doctor directly to the embassy isn't it?
There is another form called as 'AUHTORITY TO DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION'. I didnot get this form.. when and why is this form required?? when I should i submit my passport again for the stamping? and how much time does it take for the process?

I hope that my mail is not overwhelming.

there is no need to submit that letter, i didn't submit that letter anyway, and still i got my visa. But what you should do is fill the form and keep it with you, if they ask u to submit it then only do it, otherwise its ok.

best of luck for the visa, i am sure u will get it, they hardly reject anyone once they decide to refer them for medicals, so u have the visa thats what i would believe.

cheers
