Dear All,

I have got my landing papers and plan to move to
Toronto in April.

As a permanent residence I want to first do Masters
without searching for a field job for years(my profession is Software Developer)

I plan to study in Computer Science/IT applied programs like Intranetworks or Software Engg.

please tell me about good universities in Ontario (preferably) and also about the Government loan which I will be entitled as a PR.

I wished to do MBA but I have found that getting admission in MBA program is much more difficult atleast in the top business schools.

what about doing MBA from not so famous school??

I haven't done GMAT.

waiting for reply specially from all those senior desis.

warm regards, zia

As far as the loans, you have two options.

1. Federal Loan - Eligible after 4 months of Stay in Canada

2. OSAP (Ontario Student Aid Program) - Eligible after 1 year of stay in Onatrio.

check out http://www.canlearn.ca/nslsc/ for more info.

I guess you are approx. 35-38 years old.
Yes, you can join, its not like India over here.
You might happen to find people more senior than you in your class.

Zia,
Check it out here :
osap.gov.on.ca/eng/eng_osap_main.html
The web site is down since three hours, but it will be up soon.
Check under the eligibility criteria for OSAP
