Heard about it in the morning news. USA has started fingerprinting foreigners who travel via land routes. This has started in 9 states including Michigan (Windsor border) and Buffalo (Ambassador bridge?). Can anyone confirm this? Does this apply to foreigners who have become Canadian citizens?

Not for cdn citizens but every one else
