Does any one know how to get SUN TV in Toronto city? I would like to have SUN TV and few Basic English channels. If the service provider has high speed internet cable then that is even good. Let me know your Comments. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know Rogers, ExpressVu, or Star Choice do not offer Sun TV. You will have to go in for a dish antenna which may not be legal.

You will need a Dishnet Sattellite connection. This would cost around 500 dollars, depending on the retailer. There are thousands of Canadians who have a dishnet connection.

But aren't the dishnet connections risky. I mean, I have been told that the broadcasters zap your box and make it useless, and then one has to get the card coded again which costs something like C$100. And the zapping is at random and quite frequent.
Is there something that has been developed that protects your box from this zapping?? Otherwise it can become quite expensive, no?

I saw an advertisement in Mid Week of Satellite Express whcih says that they will install dish and cost is $499 including 1 year programing. Has any one installed dish through them and how is the experience?

I have everything in place, I just need someone who can get me Sun Tv card. Sun Tv is no longer hackable as of yet.

But there are people I think who you pay monthly fee who can get you Sun Tv. Maybe someone knows
