Not a bad thought, but there are too many of those - while only a few of the ones mentioned here. And also, while helping a dying child will help him and his family, helping a guy like the one in news would ultimately prove as helping the community on the whole. With limited resources, one is forced to decide the best use of those resources and in life, some tough choices have to be made.

Hi All,
Although I am not fully negative with the idea but honestly saying not in favour of showing the ways of charities coming to his way at this age. I strongly believe in "LEARN, WORK & EARN" theory.
At this age, let him have only, which he is deserving or LET HIM LEARN & EARN his own way. I have been seeing this programme of "CHILD GENIUS" and this boy after topping the nation has already entered in the flow/ladder of success.
By sending this donation, we are telling him about his limitation. There are millions in this country, who has become SOMETHINIG from almost NOTHING. Let us not show him a way at his age, where he must develope himself as a "SELF-MADE" human being. He has already cracked the first deal of his life, and Rs. 10 Lakhs would surely take him to the THRESHOLD of a great career.
And after seeing the photograph of his father, it does give an image of a neat and clean person (NOT SOMEONE WHO IS A DRUNKARD/GAMBLER AND WOULD SPOIL THE MONEY).
So in benefit of this schild only and considering a future vision, I am not endorsing this idea. However if you need any help in this matter, I am in INDIA and am ready to process the help locally.
