BL,

This is one area I will differ on with you. The whole purpose of this section is that readers can get a feeling that success is real happening to real people, and prferably, to known persons. Frankly, to me this story seems to be too good to be true - not only in the context of Canada, but anywhere in the world for that matter. I have seen many successful guys in my life but I have yet to come across someone getting so many job offers in a day/week.

However, I do not call it impossible - just beyond imagination that's all. So if this is real, why not he actually help the forum by disclosing who he is and give a chance for members to meet him/learn from him.

Another thing - he has missed most of the very important facts in the whole story like his age, qualificaitions, experience, any niche industry he worked in etc. etc. It is difficult to identify things unless such details are known.

By the way, hanving known you for sometime and having developed great regard for you, I would have been tempted to think that it was your own story - had I not known that you got married earlier this year!!:p

Chandresh

Chandresh, Its not my story :p. I've been here for much longer than 1 year. I will post mine eventually and it will be under my id.

However, like I said, this person did contact me by phone yesterday and he has his reasons to remain anonymous. It is not my job to question him on that.

Secondly, I would agree many people would be curious as to who this is. But rather than posting questions about this, why start with calling him a clown? Do you agree to this? Read the first few posts here. Just gives an impression that people are waiting to jump on whoever wants to speak about success in Canada.

Why should I up my wager! Look man, I am reasonably certain it is crock!! But the most I am willing to waste on pursuing this issue is a 100 bucks. Rather than ask me up the wager, it makes more sense that this gentleman reveals himself and proves the story right. More than the 100 bucks that he will win, it is the goodwill and credibility that he will get that should be important. Add to that the immense benefit it will generate for all the so called "losers"?? And finally, I mean he has posted a story, and people are questioning its authenticity. Doesn't that itself require him to prove it??:D
Incidentally, did you notice how my other suspicion, that he has been on this site and has posted this one with a different userid, turned out to be correct??!!
Maybe, something of crenshaw is rubbing off on me!!:D :D :D

oh, so you're only reasonably certain now. :D And I wonder what happened to Kap. He seemed absolutely sure you'd win. Wonder if he's willing to wager any money. :D

If you had a suspicion, you could have written about it. Why start by calling him a clown? What does that make you :D?

Anyways, I'm disappointed you're shying away from upping your wager, a sure sign of doubt. Whether the person reveals himself is upto him, maybe he will once he reads all this nonsense.

The 100 bucks still stands, right? :D Any wagers from the others who were just waiting to jump on this bandwagon? Let's hear it, kap. :D

BL! Please read my first post! It mentions the word "suspicion". What do you think the use of that word implies with regard to certainty about something?

I wonder why you take such strong offence to such mild ways of addressing! In my vocabulary, "clown" is a much weaker term than I would really prefer to use for people who post such crap and expect people to fall for it!:D

Did I ever say I was a 100% sure?? Please cite. And even when someone does say somehting like "absolutely sure" etc. the comment is more a figure of speech, and not a mathematical exactitude. It is splitting hairs otherwise.

Sure does. But for that to be won, more is required than answers to the two questions that you have posted on his "success" thread(locked for us).
I would like to meet this gentleman and know him personally. I just want to know his identity. I also state that will not ask him to verify any of the claims he has made. That will be my job.

YES, BL, I am ready to wager, if he is ready to prove line by line what he has written in his story

Dodge Dodge Dodge Dodge Dodge! :D

Anyways, let's hear your wager. It'll take him a lot of time to prove line by line so your wager's gotta be worth it, right? Do I hear a thousand bucks? :D
