FORD IS TRYING TO MAKE OAKVILLE PLANT A MAIN BASE FOR MULTIVEHICLE FACILITY..

THEY WILL NEED ABOUT 4000 PEOPLE BY 2007..

So what does it mean?

I mean if a person is ready to do labor/assembly jobs this sounds good, else how many engineers (which I assume they would hire a few) woul dget a chance?????
