Gurus,

One of my best firends is a doctor, he is considering migrating. I know the situation is not good for Doctors but how bad is it? He was great as a student and wants to take as many exams before landing as he can. What advise can we give him? Any souces he can look up?

Is he crazy? Unless, of course, he does not mind going through the whole business of studying medicine here again from scratch!
