Sorry guys! Solved this myself! It was reachash's post. So put keyword "interview" and "reachash" in user together.

I would strongly suggest to read the book called, "101 Great Answers to the Toughest Interview Questions", by Ron Fry, 1995. This bok is available in all libraries.

Recently, I was talking with a HR Manager of a very large tech company who mentioned that he is getting sick of hearing canned answers.
Also, recently my wife hired a person in her office. Her boss wanted to hire a candidate who had very good interview with them and answered all questions perfectly. My wife decided against hiring that person because she thought the answers were too perfect. In the end, they landed up hiring someone else other this person with perfect answers. Just views from the other side of the table.
After reading Interview book, if you have time read some sales books. I will recommend Sales Bible by Jeffrey Gitomer.

What is your point? How come you didn't asked about the race of others involved such as race of the candidate with perfect interview, person who got hired in the end, and my wife?

I do not want to make this racist but I still would like to know if your wife's boss is a white.
