I searched the forum and saw no mention of the HP Photosmart.
Seems like an economical and good one.
Anybody used it?

It does not have optical zooming therefore, the close-up photograph do not come out very well. It is more like a fixed focused camera. Try Sony or Canon they have good bargain in the range of $250 - $300 with almost all features. Buying Sony advantage is of getting a battery charger, re-chargeable batteries and case.

Dear Vishal,
I have seen your mail, which seems to be very informative. I have also purchased a Digital Camera from Future shop few days back. I have bough Canon 5 mega pixle camera which was listed for CAD$ 499, and it costs me round $800, after getting rechargable battreis, case and extra memory.
Can you please advice me, that if we can add additional Zoom lens on this or not.

I assume you have purchased the A95 camera. As per my knowledge you cannot add the zoom lens on this camera. However if you may want you can add, 52mm close up lens, tele converter or wide connverter lens. Most retail outlets may not stock this.
Hi...........I used PENTAX Optio 330 ( 2 years before ). Its good and economical too.
Pls check http://www.Pentax.ca" rel="nofollow">LINK, you can get lot of range in Digital cameras. For best deal you can get from Henary's.
I have Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P72 3.2MP. I am satisfied with the overall result. Daytime pictures are very clear and crisp. Camera take 10 second to be ready for next shot. I usually send picture through email so its satisfy my needs. I got a charger with the camera. Battery life is good. I use fireworks to compress/edit my pictures as per my requirement.
