I have been reading various of your posts and it seems that you have had complaints from either one service provider or the other. Similar posts are supported by other members as well.

I think, I should consider my self lucky because I have not had any problem with Rogers so far, be it their cable service, hi-speed internet or cell phone. In fact I have been using their cell phone for the last 4 years and prior to that I have had Bell Mobility. I can only say that Rogers coverage is much better than Bell and it works very well in USA also. However, this is my own experience only and members may have different experiences. I personally have not used Telus or Fido (but have friends using them) because of the reason that in order to take their service I would have to lose my cell phone number which I can not afford.
And on odd occasion when I called their customer service for any information etc., I was served well.

The only customer service problem I have had is with a 'desi long distance company' named Total Telecom, which was the worst and I can now safely say that they were a 'fraud' and have gone sort of underground after fleecing money from fellow desi's.

Any comments on Total Telecom?

Fido Services is great.I have been with FIDO for almost 3 years and never had a problem.

Been a customer of Rogers wireless for over 3 years now, and touchwood - no problems either in service or in billing till date.

You seem to be having a lot of problems with everything in Canada. Rogers is not bad.. specially in terms of billing/service. Its available everywhere in Canada and so far I have had good experience with Customer Service

I have my service only for about a year though.. and with a Corporate plan the pricing is also very good.

well done, my phone was dead for a month, called many times, faxed them, never a proper response, over that i was charged. i would say rogers has the worst service. it is not only my experience , ask any one you will hear same atleast 7 out of 10...

some people have really no ears to know others problem, I have seen many guys who just want to harp their own things and no time to know others problem. They seems to be less bothered as how many loose their money as new immigrant, how many get duped by wrong selling system of canada.

Any way if you have problem, fight out by yourself. Rogers have lot of billing problems indeed and coverage is very callous. FIDO seems to be a better deal. Though i am not selling anything for them. But there are many here who works for rogers have their sentiments attached to them.
