First thing,
can you cut down your Caps lock. It is considered "rude" if you have your Casp lock on.

Now, you can apply to universities for the winter session. However, be warned of a couple of things :-
1.) If you have your own source of funding then apply right away

2.) If you need funding then it would be better to apply to all possible universities. Students are generally given funding if they are registered for a Thesis based Masters degree (M.A.Sc). If you want to register for an M.Eng then you wont receive any funding from the professor.

3.) If you are in a city that has some good universities, I would suggest you surf the web and find out abt the research interests of the professors. After that you can set up an appointment with them and discuss prospects for a Masters degree. It will all depend on your grades and any "significant" contrubutions you may have made... (a holistic approach might be taken)

4.) You should apply for the OGS / NSERC immediately. You need to have really good grades in order to get them .

Almost all universities have admission for Winter.
You can also do one thing. Select a university as a part time student. Take some courses, and start interacting with professors. That way you can increase your chances of getting admission with funding.
University of Ottawa has admission scholorships, but they are given to students who have good grades and / or have some publications under their belt

Best of luck with your plans.

Harmee,
Sorry to say, your Percentage is not high enuff for admission to the U of T. Maybe you should try universities outside Toronto. UWO. Windsor ?
You may get admission, but you may not get funding. So better save up whavetevr money you have for your tution fees.

Getting into a part-time course shouldnt be tough. You should go and have a chat with the Grad secretaries of the Universities. Explain your situation. You can register part-time just by going and submitting an application. If you want to make it full time, you will have to take the courses, and then interact with profs in the Dept. If the prof agrees then it should be easy to make it into a full time program. I dunno if you can do that @ U of T or McMaster.. Try York, Reyerson (in Toronto), Windsor, UWO, Carleton & Ottawa U (joint program and they have winter admission).
