Primus telecom service is very very bad, with regards to connectivity and quality of voice is just bad bad bad bad................. I feel it is just waste of time and money. Their customer service dept too is hardly bothered and first of all you cannot get to talk to them or contact them to solve the problem.

What are the chances of call disconnecting and the level customer care by Reliance ?

By the way, the other day I was connected to a Customer Care Representative who was responding from Mumbai. Apart from the Reliance Call details, the guy was liberal in sharing his views on the political climate prevailing in Maharashtra due to the Assembly elections not so far.

Not a bad idea atleast !

I do agree that Reliance desi Customer care guys are good and friendly
So far I am happy with their service
After all service provided by gr8 Reliance which should be better than any other cheap calling card companies

Its a news for me... I am using Primus for 4 years now... and still a loyal customer... I think it says something, isn't it?:)

Most of the phone cards I have seen give the minutes as shown on card only if you speak at one stretch without disconnecting. If you use the card for calling 3-4 times or more, they usually give much less minutes than as shown. Is this card like that too?
