Interesting enough to note this one.

I have a friend who has done one year diploma from local computer (reputed one) institute. After doing lot of hard work (in addition to doing labor job at night), and finishing that course with good marks, even after 6 months of passing the course, he is still jobless.

When I spoke to him he said that many like him are jobless too.

When I said that the instisute is not helping you in the placement? they often advertise like "placement assistant"!

He said, well they sent me at couple of places but I could not get job!

Was it his fault? or Was it economy?

Or was it false promices of the computer institutes?

I am confused.

The main cause is economy. No is going to hire novice people when they are going to get experienced one with the same salary!

training institutes/classes they just knock the door means they open the door of interview for us, after that everything depend on person's ability and knowledge and efforts.
