Emergency tips-Heart attack
Following tips are very useful and can save some one's life. These tips were published on No. 240 of Journal of General Hospital Rochester, please read on.

Let's say it's 6.15pm and you're driving home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job. You're really tired, and frustrated……
YOU ARE REALLY STRESSED AND UPSET WITH YOUR BOSS….
Suddendly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that’s tarts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw.
You are only five miles from the hospital nearest your home.
Unfortunately you don't know ifyou'll be able to make it that far
WHAT TO DO ???
YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED IN CPR, BUT THE GUY THAT TAUGHT THE COURSE DID NOT TELL YOU HOW TO PERFORM IT ON YOURSELF !!!
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE?
SINCE MANY PEOPLE ARE ALONE WHEN THEY SUFFER A HEART ATTACK, WITHOUT HELP, THE PERSON WHOSE HEART IS BEATING IMPROPERLY AND WHO BEGINS TO FEEL FAINT, HAS ONLY ABOUT 10 SECONDS LEFT BEFORE LOSING CONSCIOUS
WHAT TO DO ??
ANSWER:
DO NOT PANIC, BUT START COUGHING REPEATEDLY AND VERY VIGOROUSLY.
A DEEP BREATH SHOULD BE TAKEN BEFORE EACH COUGH, THE COUGH MUST BE DEEP AND PROLONGED, AS WHEN PRODUCING SPUTUM FROM DEEP INSIDE THE CHEST.
A BREATH AND A COUGH MUST BE REPEATED ABOUT EVERY TWO SECONDS WITHOUT LET-UP UNTIL HELP ARRIVES, OR UNTIL THE HEART IS FELT TO BE BEATING NORMALLY AGAIN.
DEEP BREATHS GET OXYGEN INTO THE LUNGS AND COUGHING MOVEMENTS SQUEEZE THE HEART AND KEEP THE BLOOD CIRCULATING. THE SQUEEZING PRESSURE ON THE HEART ALSO HELPS IT REGAIN NORMAL RHYTHM. IN THIS WAY, HEART ATTACK VICTIMS CAN GET TO A HOSPITAL
TELL AS MANY OTHER PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE ABOUT THIS.
IT COULD SAVE THEIR LIVES !!! DON'T EVER THINK THAT YOU ARE NOT PRONE TO HEART ATTACK AS YOUR AGE IS LESS THAN 25 OR 30. NOWADAYS DUE TO THE CHANGE IN THE LIFE STYLE, HEARTATTACK IS FOUND AMONG PEOPLE OF ALL AGE GROUPS.

A very useful tip.
In case of persons who have been suffering heart problem I have one proven and tested DESI Medicine for them. They can use it without any side effects and it will work for sure.
ARJUN KE CHHAL - Arjun is a tree like ASHOKA tree. Get the chhal (Skin) of this tree, grind it nicely (KAPAD CHAN) and keep in a air tight bottle. Take one tea sppon both times with milk for about one - two month. All heart problems will go away.
My father had a massive heart attack in early 80s when he was 55 and was posted in a remote village of western Raj without good medical failities. The distt. head quarter was also quite far from there. He was alone there as rest of the family (we all brothers & sisters with mom) used to stay at Alwar (Raj) due to our studies. He had massive heart attcack in night which was diagnosed as an attck early in the morning.
Local Drs. advised him to go to Distt. HQ for treatment but rather he preferred to come to Alwar. In the train some DESI VILLAGER advised him to use ARJUN KI CHHAL. He came and saw the DR. but did not take any mediceine as advised by Dr. except taking CHHAL. Now he is 72 and perfactly healthy and fit. He never had this problem again. Later we advised this to hundreds and every body got cure of the problem.
Guys this can be used and tested.

In India it is easily available at Ayurvedic Medicle Stores or at the shops of PANSAREE (Grocers) who sale Desi Medicines and Herbs. In Canada I remember seeing some advertisement in a Hindi News paper that claimed to make available all type of Ayurvedic/Unani and desi medicines here. Next time when I would see it, I will note the ph# or address and will inform you.
