Having stayed in the U.S. for 20 years and if you have contributed to SS there , you do stand a chance of collecting a good pension here in Canada.
Having said that, if that will be sufficient to get a favourable response from the Canadian Immigration, before you jump the fence and cross into Canada, needs to get checked with an application by you.
If you have saved a Million bucks or there about and enter into Canada, They might consider you for entry.
Alternately, Please see if your current employer would help you cross into Canada with an INTERNAL TRANSFER and/or one such company with a Branch Plant will hire you here. These are the Best Possibilities that I can envisage for you. ALSO, you can do the POINT Count yourself with AGE, Education, Experience and SAVINGS, and do the Math and find out the score. Also you can get additional score for having a relative here in Canada, and if he/she can send you an invitation to join the family, will enhance your chances.
NOT KNOWING YOU, You can surely put me in as a ELEVENTY ELEVENTH relative from India and see if that increases the score.
Being serious, I would like you to succeed and make your entry, either through the Provincial Sponsorship Program or just through the XE. They just opened up the flood gates for you and you are ahead in the queue. Also look for employers like Amazon or Ebay too for good placements, even before you apply. Then go in through the PNP programs.
I know you will succeed. Good Luck.
FH.

NO JOB OFFERS AS YET! Not to worry., They are going to help you get into Canada.
No job offer? No problem, new Express Entry report confirms 90% of invitations in first half of 2017 went to candidates without a Canadian job offer.
So pull up your socks and get you papers ready and pack your bags when you are asked to join us here in CANADA, just drive right through. Spring is right around the corner.
Are you ready. I know you are.
Good Luck.
