1) Declaration form (IMM5476E)
Since you want to fill in the forms etc., and also want to represent her interests, please fill in the form IMM5476E

2) Medical Insurance ($100k coverage)
A tentative policy from one of the agents here will do.

3) Employment letter
For yourself and your spouse.

4) Pay slips
For the current year will be nice to have and submit only the copies.

5) T4 slips
They only come at the end of the year. Copy and keep them handy for the FEB 2018 Draw.

6) Recent Tax assessments for self & my wife
NOA's for the Past THREE Years for both of you.

7) Invitation letter (notarised) + Passport copies of self & my wife
Yes. It is called for. Please do that

8) Applicant photographs.
Goes in with the application. You will have to get them done and ask the Photographer to attach them to the e-mail to you. See the specifications that they call for.

9) Ticket itinerary copy
It is difficult to get that till you get the VISA. None of the travel agents are able to do that for you or me.

Prepare them for a Medical Exam.. : http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

If they are on a Prescription Medicine, them prepare them for an initial supply of ONE Years and a Medical Prescription from the local doctor for additional repeats. They might be able to get the BIO done and fingerprints taken at the same time. Please check with CIC if it is possible.

Thanks.

YES, you can send them all to CIC here in Canada for their RANDOM draw. Most of them will get selected. A few will be missed and it is the luck of the IRISH. Still they can get the Multiple Entry 10 Year Visa. Also you might be in a position to sponsor them also. So, if you do not obtain one type of Visa, you can sure get an alternate entry.

You can only submit your application for the SUPER VISA, after they open the gates and then call for your application. Not before. So, prepare everything that is not TIME SENSITIVE and hang onto it. Also put your name on to their RSS mailing and keep track of all of the news items that they generally send. That way you will be the first to get to know the event.

Some of the items cannot be sent till they ask for all of he fingerprinting or IRIS Scanning and these are all biometrics and could be only done where they reside. So, your application can all be done from here. But the rest that needs to get done where the applicant resides, should get verified and the address of that location could be found earlier. That way you can avoid the last minute rush. Call and ask the Visa Services People close by there in India. That will keep you on top.

Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Currently there is a registry process called My Account, and you can create one and have it ready for submissions and also receipt of communications. I am sure all of the signing of the documents etc., could be done through these portals and so, I urge you to get to know the features of the same. It is mostly, all ELECTRONIC there.

Great information above however it relates mostly to the Parent and Grandparent program (sponsorship) which will as brought out above reopen in February 2018.

The Super visa is year round. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/supervisa.asp. The application is done by the parent/ grandparent so the papers are to be sent to India. Hope this helps
