I intend to submit my citizenship application on this summer.
If somebody knows from where can I require my income tax act for the last 4 years?
Thanks
You have your Social Insurance Number and the personal address. That would enable you to access your Income Tax Files at Canada Revenue Agency Web Site. Open up an account with them and also make a request for a CODED Password from them by separate mail. It should be in you HOME within 10 days.
Generally we all use a SOFTWARE to file our tax returns. That software company, sure does keep a copy for you for a period of SEVEN YEARS. You can always make a request and ask them for a printable copy and print it and keep or down load the same and keep. That is the NEXT BEST THUNG that I can suggest.
The Incoem tax people are called CRA, can only provide you with a NOA for the years that you are seeking the files for. So, after you open your account with them, access your account and down load them. That is all that they will provide you. (They do not provide you with a copy of your submission)
NOW To the ACT. Yes you can get a copy of the Income Tax Act. Please see the link provided here under for a copy, if you so desire to possess one. It is from WOLTER KLUWER.
Hope this helps you in your query.
