I am in the process of applying for a super visa for my mother online and have a question. I don’t see an option for super visa when I answer questions and log on to the site. I just see only a regular visit visa and I don’t see any option to upload the health insurance documents either. Am I missing something?

I got stumped by this CIC Website too. It says that I need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and when I tried to down load, it says your Antivirus is not permitting the down load of the Acrobat. After I down loaded all of it, it is not opening up. Mmmm What next?! I will also suffer with it and let you know. I will re-start the computer and see if it works for me too. If not, back to Square One. (Mississauga!)

Try internet explorer.... google and firefox seems to have issue with cic website.
