Thanks JaiHo & Delhite - this was the information I was seeking

I will try the RL & 10 location as well as Shri Ji caterers.

There may be a lot of people making rotis but if we can get some tried and tested ones , it is definitely preferred.

We as 'Informed' consumers, discussing the product its availability and its value, and if we do not provide complete details and leave out just one factor, it becomes difficult to make a valued judgment in our purchase and consumption and so please provide the PRICE factor and the location of these shops if you can.

This should enhance the value of the Website and the matter in discussion.

By the by Where are all the Ladies in here who can contribute immensely to a topic of this nature.

Those who were searching for ADM Atta, I found a 20 Kg bag sale at MIAN's Grocers for $13.99 Ca.

It has been on sale whole of this week. Seems today is the last day. (Please call and check)

BTW ~ Suraj Desi Kitchen is 33 c / roti ..minimum 1 packet of 10.

I will check and post the rotis prices from others once I buy from them.

I see the Date of Manufacture on the Bag. I asked the guy who was stacking products., he said that they only provide us 'that date'. They figure that it should last over 90 days and and upto 180 days. Plus the Head office has the date of order and the signature of the receiving party on the invoice on the day when it was received (Date, Delivery Truck # etc., on it). The location I was purchasing from a 44Lb/20kg Brown bag is at a remote location and they are a branch of Mian's. The manager there said that they have to prop the price up which moves in tandem with the U.S.Dollar. What an excuse!
