A CLASSIC BUDGET..
1. Growth of Economy accelerated to 7.6% in 2015-16.
2. India hailed as a ?bright spot? amidst a slowing global economy by IMF. Robust growth achieved despite very unfavourable global conditions and two consecutive years of shortfall in monsoon by 13%, leading to a drought in most areas...
3. Foreign exchange reserves touched highest ever level of about 350 billion US dollars. Despite increased devolution to States by 55% as a result of the 14th Finance Commission award, plan expenditure increased at RE stage in 2015-16 ? in contrast to earlier years.
They Put their money where their mouth is!!... Great help for the students for the next THREE years..

As one among the faceless 1,3 billion still unable to understand what this Budget business is all about. Except that it is an approximate annual money count of the income this faceless billion has brought about. And the rich, famous, clever and cunning among us to cart it away to distant lands. And the government staging fake wrestling matches (Mal Yudh) to bring it back. And then there are coat-suit pundits appearing on TV channels and earning money without doing any work.

These are a few points to ponder upon.
When a FED announces a budget it is for the masses. But it also applies to every individual. There are some benefits for a few.
It is ONLY for the TAX Paying Corporations and the Individuals. (Since there is a parallel economy that runs alongside of all of these, they find that they can slowly put the screws onto the system, but it hurts the tax payers and the other half just shrug their shoulders and get by)
There are a few benefits that gets announced, in this case for the few who want to get some technical education and I hope it will be free, unless the Babus stretch their hands into this system. So my feeling was that they have put the Money Where the Mouth is.! Hopefully the next generation of entrants will benefit from it and others to follow will like wise do so.
We also feel it here, because I find that I cannot travel that far a distance, at that low a fare in a little bit of comfort, which the Indian masses are now finding it a convenient means to do so. So, the Travelers do benefit. Now, I also see Back Packers from all over the world making a trip (Could be for Pot). So, lots of people want to know what India Is?! Good for tourism. There is money provided now for betterment. Also for the roads too.
How come the PWD,(Public Works Department) design a Railway track and system, provide a smooth run and embank the train system for a definite speed and the same PWD when they generate a highway system, they do not provide a sooth flow of traffic with their designs for the highway system? They do not provide even a traffic light! but incorporate speed bumps instead. No flyovers, no clover leafs, no exits and incits (My coining of this word INCIT) on most of their roads? Not a budget item, but the money is dedicated for speed bumps to avoid accidents.
Farmers are getting a few Urpees and are being addressed and it is nice to sit Ten Thousand Miles away and see how they are advancing and by the time a few of these things are put to effect, they all are GONE and the next regime tries to do some thing else.
YES, there are FRINGE benefits for a few who wear the Kanta Langots too. That is par for the course, when you come to know later on, that some one gets more money feeding Hay to the Cattle. Or is it feeding the Holy Cows!!
I am enjoying this, it will all slowly unfold as time progresses.
I hope you are likewise finding an avenue to express your discontent. One thing is for sure, which is, it will never change... The POOR will still remain POOR... and the RICH will get even RICHER, because Money multiplies by itself. (If you have it) Not for those who live Hand to Mouth existence.
