CD's,
As you are aware, I always raise my voice whenever I find that people are cheated / swindled and the like.
For the past one year I had been monitoring my Alma Mater, National Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu. By going through their board meetings and my experiences when I studied there, I found massive irregularitues.
I wrote to the management regarding the same and there was no reply. I wrote to individual staff and some of them communicated back to me and confirmed my doubts. I escalated my complaints to the MHRD and the Education minister. I heard that there was pressure from MHRD to give a hearing to my complaints. Some of my complaints came with some written proof / exhibits and hence they are not able throw my case aside.
The Chief Vigilance officer of the institute came up with a brilliant idea. He told me that since I was a Canadian passport holder, I need to get MHRD approval before bringing my complaints. I countered him with my OCI and the benefits of OCI.
Upon further enquiry, I found that the Chairpersons of 3 NIT's were all people who had long stints in the USA. I am not able to find if they are american citizens but they should be.
They are :
1. Ms. Kumud Srinivasan- President of Intel India (Chip Division) and VP of Technology centre. She had been with intel from 1984 or 1987 and was posted to Intel India since 2013.
2. Ms. Vanitha Narayanan - Head of IBM India. Had spent around 25 years in USA before being given the job in 2011
3. Ms. Aruna Jayanthi- CEO of Capgemini and who had spent long years in USA.
If I am able to find that they are US Citizens, then I have a case to say that I should also be gievn the same oppertunity.
How can I find that out? Any pointers? Can people with H1 B visa work so long in USA and hold such high positions (which may need security clearance). Also I am sure that they canot be in Green card as it has min. time in which one can stay away from USA and still retain their status in USA.

Try to google their name and go through all of the links you get there.
Alternately, join 'linked in' or similar and see their own bio and if you are a member, ask a personal Question.
There was a website, by name 'My life- my story' and once in a way, I get to read about their story. If perchance, they have posted to it, then you might find it there.
Also ask their co-workers or their husbands, if they still have one. With their style of living, and a few who live on the wild side, might not have a spouse. But they do have kids to show for.!!
I used to read a few biographies in INDIA ABROAD, when I used to subscribe. Now the number of pages have dropped to four and I find it is not worth while subscribing to it. So, that bank that I looked for such info, is now out of reach.
Since you are in the same neck of the woods, just call her and ask, she has a listed phone number but in their offices. What do you have to lose?!
FH.
To the best of my knowledge, they all do have a US Passport, if it means anything. (But it is privileged information!) fh.
Thanks FH.
I tried all the options that you listed and came to a Zip.
I have emailed them but no reply.
For 1 & 2 (as you said), I was unable to find their spouse name too. 1. has a child and who studies in the US university.
One distinct thing that I found was that information about them was just a page long and the same information only listed everwhere over the ages.
2. is the Chairperson of American Chamber of commerce in India but then again, not sure if only US citizens can hold that post. Their rules are silent on that.
Linkedin draws a blank.
Hope someone else (like Cdn_dude, dimple 2001) can give me further information on this.
Happy Diwali !
