Please define best to provide suggestions .
For some best is cheap prices and some prefer quality . Both doesn't go hand in hand .
Also mentioning location is helpful as I am sure you wont travel to "Timbaktoo" even though it provides THE BEST

Assuming from some old posts that Bloopink is from the GTA (perhaps Brampton)

In the GTA there are a few places where you find concentration of desi shops .

2 that I can recall are .. :

You might want to check the following 2 locations

a. Albion Islington.

b. Malton .. Airport Road .

Just to update this thread - A fortnight back we stopped by at the GTA Square on Finch - Middlefield intersection , Scarborough.(opp Embassy restaurant).. Of the 3 shops we looked into , MJS Fashions had the best collection of ladies suits .... All 3 shops were reasonably priced .

There are 4-5 jewelry stores also in that mall.
