I am living in India, looking for sponsorship Jobs.
I am an MBA graduate from a business school.
having around 4 years of multiple job experiences.
I need a job in Canada which can sponsor Visa for me.
Addition -
" I am also a Canadian Tax prepare , have contacted some Taxation companies but they prefer someone who can work in their office instead of working virtually.
I am willing to relocate but they are not willing to sponsor Visa etc."
Please help/Guide me to find a sponsorship job in Canada.

Lol !
Canada is not that easy to come to. With your MBA qualification, no one will ever sponser you. If you are in IT, may be they will.
Apply for immigration and come here. If you need job immediately, then please go to the Gulf.

You need to have all of the following requirements to get in. I am posting them to you here in no specific order.
First and the foremost requirement is KNOWING the Language and Mastering it. So try and get a score of level 7 at the least to get an entry into Canada and find yourself in the comfort zone. There are costs associated with it. That is for IELTS..: (Rs.10,500?)
You have your Degrees and Diplomas that will get you an entry into Canada.. Get them verified by a Canadian Institution that does it for you. (Cost $240?)
You MUST have a good job at a top level and hold it for at least ONE GOOD Year. The few that you have besides the one at the top level will give you more points if it is served in the same profession.
Then see if you can find the exact N.O.C. Number for the job you are doing there now and also see if they are calling for people with your qualifications here in Canada.
You DON'T need a job to get into Canada, but it is good to have one prior to landing here. So, check into the Job Bank and you can come with a few that are suitable to your level of achievement. Pick those jobs and get a link to them.
If you can answer the above questions and all of the responses are affirmative, then, I can assure you (But No Guarantees) that you can be here on the first of April of 2016. Sorry it is April Fool's day or the on the May Day... Mmmm may be in June when our spring starts.

I have a hunch you knew about it, tried express entry evaluation , did not qualify hence asked for work sponsorship :-). As TK mentioned it will be far fetched thought to expect a work permit being only an MBA, you need to have a niche skill either in IT or some blue collar job like welder or fork lift driver or some specialized machine operator etc.
