All the like minded person should be kind enough to ignore the post/thread the same way I ignore ur post.  Please do not jump like monkeys in group. If u hv guts, come one to one and challenge me. I dare u all.  Whn I post current affairs/news, it is garbage and whn u all post garbage, it is good post. Just coz we hv decency to keep quiet doesn't mean that we enjoyed reading all u write or post. It simply means that we respect u for ur time on the forum. Some hv openly
written that, thy don't work and earn salary free, the same way thy like to tke free food clothes etc in Canada. Some hv written that, thy hv opened sub contracting
company n evade taxes and even tried to outsmart in court for traffic ticket fines by lying etc. Do u find any such unethical writing by me anywhre??
Next time if someone tries to outsmart me, I promise u that, I shall tke out all the old post of few people like tk, Fido, northyork_desi n few others and gv u all food for thought. Be warned.

How can we even think of coming close or outsmarting you ?
.. We do not write that we buy condos in ghettos ,
We do not rent the upper portion and the basement of our house to tenants and convert family room into bedroom and then claim to be proud house owners ....
We do not mislead others in writing essays and promising millions for free ..
We do not buy discounted coupons on kijiji and encourage others to buy them also ...
We do not post lots of whatsapp messages on the forum
We do not run away by writing 100 of times that we will never visit CD and then come back .
We do not get into arguments with moderators and understand and correct ourselves when 5+ members are trying to drill sense in us .
We don't make our own rules but live with rules of the crowd and respect it .
We do not curse working women when we cannot work ourselves.
We do not shun all Pakistani men as rapists ...
We do not and cannot do a lot of things that you do / or are capable of doing so we cannot outsmart you HW36 ... You are way ahead of us ...
But be mindful of one fact - those who live in glass houses do not throw stones on others ...... If you bring unwarranted personal matters on the board , be assured we will do it better !! ... Then don't say 'Ouch it hurts' !!
We came one by one and you disregarded ... when 5-10 members are repeating the same thing to you , please try and listen to them and see reason and not continue stubbornly.... Most of your posts are okay and we discuss them but some are not and they pick a pattern.

U need money to buy condos and houses Fido. Did I stop u frm buying properties.? it's no use being jealous of others success. 
U are staying in rental apartment right. If ur landlord throws u out whre will u and ur family go? So learn to respect landlords who take mortgage loan and risk their hard earned money to keep tenants/bad tenants even dangerous tenants sometimes who end up in shelter sometimes coz of eviction.

Don't talk about 2011 Fido, whn we were new to Canada. People stay in basement for 5-7 yrs befre thy buy one condo. I bought my 2 nd detached home in 2 yrs. No lawyer or mortgage manager refused us. Since we landed, we hv one lawyer and mortgage manager and we put 40% and 20% down payment. We could hv easily bought the second with 5% dp but we didn't do that. I didn't need to lie or cheat. Bankers welcomed us with open arms. I agree now since last one year
mortgage is diff but previously bankers came to our house to sign papers.
I shall look forward to ur buying ur house and will visit u. cheers! waiting for that day boss. btw...u r welcome to our home. We hv 2 guest rooms. One on top floor which has Sep kitchen for guests and one in basement which also has Sep kitchen.
