is it any issue is going on with CD site?? when I am trying to put a new post it shows below message all the time.

Code fixed. It was your "Don't" that was causing database insert failure. It is now fixed.

PREVIOUSLY WHEN I WANTED TO SEND AN E-MAIL AND ALSO A P.M. , to a poster, I used to...
Go To : Site Map.
Then to User Profile.
Fill in the User's name..
Then select the User and his profile and after finding that person.....
Then I can send a PM and also an E-mail to that person. (S/He)
Now I do not see that feature.

ALSO, when I click on the More Latest Replies at the very bottom of the REPLIED responses, I used to see a lot more previous responses posted from the past. NOW, I only see Three Columns.

Yes, I was aware about the issue and fixed it. You should not be having that message now.

To send a PM to any user directly from the discussion board you can do so by clicking pm button.
Otherwise you can go to My Home > My Messages > Create New
Directly sending an EMail is now not possible. Most of the servers (Like Hotmail) don't allow third-party mailserver like canadiandesi to send an email on behalf of say sanjay @ hotmail dot com, so I had to disable the feature. Sending a PM however should send an email notification to the person.
