Who praised Pappu here? This is the problem of Modi's supporters. Anyone that criticizes him (Modi) automatically becomes Kejri, Pappu supporter. This is pretty common trait of you bhakts.

Instead of Criticising about NaMo's work, Could you give some solution or thought...who is good or best to lead India at this point?...

There's no competition for if you will start looking you will find many in P Chidambram and Shashi Tharoor ... as far as charisma and all go.

But no NaMo critic is talking about competition or Pappu ... we all support NaMo and it is an excellent thing that he got tremendous support from the people ...................................

But he needs to deliver .. rather than coming to the US every now and then ... and delivering speeches ... feku bhai ..

What's the current and projected growth rate in India should be something interesting to note as much as what is the current and projected inflation rate for the country plus what are the infrastructural changes being brought in the country which will change common man's issues ....

What happened of the progress on the black money retrieval promise thrown by Feku Bhai ?? Nothing ... bol diya josh mein aur bhool gaye

These things are more important than Netaji visiting and delivering flowery speeches @ FB and Madison Square ...

Modi may not be , but the Modi Government is certainly failing to deliver or if there is a delivery plan then failing to exhibit it and a Leader is as good as his team.

Modi can enhance his impression if he clarifies the purpose of his foreign visits and long term positive impact of it but that will mean taking risk of saying something which may not happen. Black money comment is already biting his back site every now and then. Bhakts are happy with politicians and corrupt citizens of India who stashed their ill gotten gains to swiss banks.

Is corruption kept in check under BJP rule ? Is there a general impression of big change in governance as compared to past 65 years ? are BJP campaigns such as swachch bharat making any inroads ? Are promises made during elections being fulfilled ? These are questions which should be considered to know Modi's performance. We do not want Pappu or any other person to lead India a this time , Modi can be good if he does what he is suppose to do.

Bihar legislative elections in Oct - Nov will do some clarifications. Nitish Kumar , an incumbent of 10 years (who should lose now by law of averages) is pitched against BJP aka Modi. It cannot be easier than this for BJP to win. A slippage in these elections will be a good reality check ( Delhi seems like is forgotten). Remember BJP won 91 of 243 seats in 2010 vidhan sabha in Bihar. Interesting time ahead.

what I think is, the whole idea is right now by NaMo is to bring as much as foreign investments to India.

Obviously once have a money than next step establish industries..
Once industries are established than leading towards more jobs, so less Unemployment and poverty...
If less poverty people can live more happily...
If people have a money than chances are for less crime rate, more money spending power, economy growth too.
Infrastructures and basic needs automatically grows Equivalents when have a industries and jobs.

at the moment, industries are paying peanuts to employee in India, once people have a more choice to choose industry and job than without doubt industries has to increase pay to keep good employee to run the company.

Is liye to such kaha hai yaaro - "Money hai to Honey hai"....;)

Make in India project is going on - let's cross the fingers to have success this project in future.

two cents from my side...

Although, not a Modi supporter, and BJP fanboy anymore (I once was), I would wholeheartedly give our current PM at least 10 years to see the following improvements in the lives of Indians WITHIN India. I wish he gets elected again in 2019 based upon his performance on the following grounds:

1. Policing and Judiciary reforms: Better redressal and Public service from the officials. Better standards at hiring/training Police officers, right from the Constable level. The hiring/training/Pay Grade should be at par with NDA (Defence Academy).

2. Lowering Corruption at all levels - At least it has to be visible for the Public at large, and when dealing with the public officials for the day to day tasks.

3. Education reforms for the Govt./Public schools: Again caters to the mango people in their day to day lives. Parents that can't afford a Private school shouldn't need to worry about the future of their children.

4. University reforms: UGC should be better enhanced, and restrict the recognition of the mom and pop colleges, no-name universities (Lovely Professional University - really?)

5. Health reforms: There should be one big hospital with adequate staff in each of the State/Region. Affordable Public dispensaries to be opened up and Doctors need to serve in the remote areas for at least 3-4 years after their MBBS.

6. Bribe/Hafta/Goondaism need to be tackled and tackled hard. Govt employees need to be fired if guilty. They shouldn't assume invincibility.

7. Traffic mess: Govt. should invest more in the Public transit, and fine the traffic offenders hard.

8. Infrastructure building from urban to rural class/region.

9. Keep the Religion at bay from the State. No fringe element should be tolerated if indulged in the killing/torturing public in the name of religion or God. Stay away from Religion and remove it from any of the party ideologies. India is secular, and keep it at that. We don't want another Pakistan in the making, which we are witnessing slowly and steadily after Modi came into Power. How can someone justify it:

http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/man-killed-by-mob-near-delhi-over-beef-rumours-1224514

10. Remove reservations based on the caste (OBC, Jats, etc.), except for the utmost lower and marginal groups, i.e. SC and ST. Even then, once the latter is found to be uplifted, any free facilities/privileges should be rightfully removed; and rather focus on the lower strata.

These are the very necessities of the aam junta. You can equally work on the FDI, Foreign affairs, Defence without affecting the utmost priorities. India doesn't need to wait for another 100 years to get the basics right. It requires political will, and tough enforcement.

Let's see if Modi could change and/or achieve that in a few years. We will talk then. For now, all he's interested in the photo ops and foreign tours. The issues on the ground have the status quo for the 'aam' junta.

Can be a very useful ready-reckoner list if d NaMo really wants to be different.

One recent news about people belonging to BJP party leaders' families and those with criminal records are getting issued tickets for the upcoming Bihar elections.

How then a clean administration can be provided? Not us, but their own party MP and former Home Secretary, R.K. Singh asks.

I hate to see politicians with criminal background contesting elections. Thanks to Supreme Court there is some control on that one. However, even after getting convicted, Lalu can still roam freely and he can still pull crowds.

Even Mr. Kejriwal who was supposed to be anti-corruption crusader, has turned into another politician who has endorsed Nitish and thus Nitish - Lalu Jungle Raaj.

While we absolutely would like to see people without any criminal background, people in the public life do have to face several cases against them - many of them are politically motivated. By that count even Mr. Modi and Mr. Kejriwal can't run elections.

We should distinguish between convicted criminals and those faces criminal charges.
