Kindly reconsider posting this job, it could be very useful to genuine job seekers who could be in dire need, and might not aware of this open position.
I don't know much about Windsor but a known IT consultant is reaping the upswing of uS dollars to do contracts across the bridge while paying paltry mortgage and car insurance too.

Now if you know some security guard job, Tim Horton's job , factory/warehouse job, gas station job, Wal Mart job , please post it here , the desi engineer will definitely get that job & his desi doctor wife might be hired at the same time with him
..both of them will Thank You for the rest of their life.If possible help them out by buying safety shoes for them, they are more important than winter shoes in Canada, if you are a DESI
..Don't forget to give them accomodation in your basement for a few bucks less thanwhat they get outside..it will keep your rental properties going

You did not see the OP's posting.
It was a job opening sent to him by a recruiter. It had no value. It is similar to a posting in workopolis or apple one or job bank.
So we told him not to post postings like that since it has Zero value.
I get 20 jobs a day from Naukri.com. Should I post them all? The person looking for a job will browse Naukri and get it anyways.
However, there are some internal vacancies which CD's can recommend as it has 90% sucess rate. First your resume will be sent to the poster posting it and if he finds it good, then he will recommend to his company.
I got 4 people job like this at my company for $ 10 an hour (2004-2006). That only will add value.
NewDes -> donot start shooting without knowing why you are shooting.
