India at the top of Group B may make us meet B'desh from Group A in QF.

A SF berth is very much likely but everything depends on key players' contribution/form on the particular day.

got it today on FB...

MS Dhoni is a very intelligent captian !!

He uses Hindi whenever playing against other countries for on-feild conversation so that batsman don't get it...

But whenever playing against Pakistan, he switches it to English for the same reason !!

hahah iRock.

Dhoni's rumblings were the highlights of yesterday's match. I enjoyed it, as well as the commentators. I don't know for some reasons, his call to 'Shami' still lingers strong in my mind and brings a smile.

All in all a very good match with Ireland. So far, my sleep deprivation hasn't gone waste in all matches that India played. :)

By the way, those that still wonder and want to watch World Cup in an HD quality for a low cost, here are some tips. Register on Star Plus website with your Indian address, pay for the full World Cup package legally (meager Rs. 120 - US$3.0), download a Chrome extension to assign an Indian IP address to your computer, and click away for a full HD (with no interruptions) quality matches. One caveat though - when I connect the laptop to the TV, the quality subsides. I will still have to figure that out. Not that much of a problem as I then watch it on my laptop itself.

I wish India well, and hopefully they will continue the winning streak in knock outs as well. Good luck India.

First rule of Cricket, never underestimate the opponents. This is the sole reason why Dhoni goes all around with the full strength even with the minnows. It just takes one ball to strike the batsman, and another to score few boundaries. This in itself brings down the morale of the strongest team in the world.

Bangladesh had upset India in the past, so I am sure Dhoni will have a key strategy in mind to tame the sleeping giant. What B'desh did to England is in front of you. Be cautious and play well. Clinically (whatever that means) - in R. Ashwin's words. :).

Really? But I could not really locate the site which asks you to register. Is it possible for you to post the link thru which I can register (or ask someone in India to register and pay for).

As for connection to TV - may be it is due to the cable you are using. I am not a IT guy but I know that VGA cable that I use can transmit a max of 640 x 480 resolution or something and I hear that even the HDMI cables will have different ratings.

May be what Ashwin meant was clinical precision.

With many former legends of Indian cricket taking to English running commentary, the standard has fallen down. It is not in the same class, like that of Richie Benaud, Brian Johnston or Tony Cozier to name a few. May be English is not their mother tongue. Except for a few like Sunil Gavaskar, others are found wanting.

Follow the steps below to first subscribe to Star Sports World Cup package (Only steps from 1 to 8):

http://forums.redflagdeals.com/starsports-com-cricket-world-cup-2015-all-matches-2-50-a-1671141/

Now, follow these steps to route your IP to the one in India:

http://slickdeals.net/f/7680950-cricket-world-cup-2015-1-2-free-hd-no-vpn-firefox-and-chrome

For the cable, I think you might be right. I will try another set of cables to see if it works the next time.
