A real shake up of the judicial system and dispensation of justice is a must.
BJP wants FDI in Insurance through an Ordinance due to logjam in both Houses.
But BJP wouldn't think of Ordinance on black money even if the SIT favors it. Why Modi took appointing SIT as his first task on becoming PM? Is it a mere eyewash?
When people like Rajat Gupta and Sathyam Raju were caught around the same period in their respective countries, the former would have completed half his prison term, while our courts have not even started the proceedings
While progress against even this "economic terrorism" is at such a low, how is Modi going to handle the military terrorists from across the border?

Count your blessings that he has to take permission from an elected Govt. Otherwise, India would've been another Pakistan full of chaos with numerous Army coups and meddling.
Indian Defense Forces, inside and outside of India are highly respected for this reason.

Modi jee fought his election on two points. (1) Corruption by previous government (2) Black money. He made big promises to people on these issues. Black money is already out of question. Big U turn.He has not done anything except forming so called SIT. That hollow list was also given by government on supreme court order only. Why government and Modi jee has not taken any initiative to work for black money which he promised? Now he is in power with full mandate, who is stopping new government to take action against corrupt politicians. New government has not even started any process against corruption.
febreet is right, BJP or Congress - two sides of the same coin .Please please please see everything with an open eye if you really care for India. Do not go by presentation on news channels. See what is actually happening on grounds on India's core problems. We all left our country for those problems and not because share market was down.
