The Border conflict with Pakistan has got exacerbated ever since the cancellation of Foreign Secretary level talks two months ago. The reason for cancellation was the indulgence of the Pak Ambassador with Kashmiri separatists, read traitors, on the eve of the talks. Pak Ambassador justifying his tea parties with the anti-nationals, saying it was normal practice all these years (of UPA rule), infuriated the new BJP government all the more. Modi totally ignored them at the recent UNGA meet. He had talks with leaders of Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and others but deliberately ignored Nawaz Sherif in spite of great efforts from our English news media acting as liaison officers for Pakistan.
As expected, Pakistan has escalated the firing along the border and Indian defence forces have been given full autonomy for retaliation.
Pakistan’s obsession with Kashmir is more a case of mental illness. Having decided that they cannot live with people from other religions, asking for a separate homeland and getting it in 1947, they should have made their country like West Germany or South Korea. Without any mentionable economic development during the last 67 years Pak has also become haven for all terrorists like 9/11 Osama Bin laden and 26/11 Hafiz Sayed. Pak doesn’t seem to realize that their staring-in-the-air rant on “Core Issue of Kashmir” is becoming more of a comedy these days.

A laughable exercise indeed. Even UN is fed up with them and shown them the door.

Yes, that's my solution as well. Call me what you may - but Kashmir is better off separated. However, the real problem here is 'Pakistan'. Hence, in order to tame this devil, India needs to keep the hand on Kashmir forever.
This dispute will never be resolved, EVER. Mark my words. At least not in my lifetime. To resolve this, all parties need to have an out of the box solution. That too, is asking way too much from our esteemed politicians.

No, absolutely not!
Fortunately, I am not a politician.
